Improvement proposal to the process of logistical performance evaluation within UEB CITOX (AICA)

Abstract

The current investigation is carried as a part of a Project to diagnose inventory management in enterprise group BioCubaFarma, specifically on the process of the logistical performance evaluation. This work has a scope within this aspect inside UEB CITOX, a plant belonging to AICA Laboratories Enterprise, from the earlier mentioned enterprise group. The UEB is characterized, a diagnose is run on the target process by using the Problem Solving General Method (MGSP from its acronym in Spanish); and the proposed solutions are made according to said diagnosis and the needs and characteristics of the company with the usage of graphically represented KPIs for data-based decision making.
